CFMoto Parts/Accessories

I am new to CFMoto and recently purchased a 23 800 Trail. I've ordered cfmoto uforce 1000 accessories like side mirrors, rear windshield, and Nerf bars. All came with missing hardware. Is this a common thing with cfmoto brand ?

If you ordered parts for a UForce 1000 they are a totally different machine than a 800 Trail ZForce.
