Can anybody help me find load data or even just a good starting point for CFE 223 in a 7mm WSM?

Are you sure it's a suitable powder for a 7wsm. Might be a reason you're not finding load data
Way too fast for 7mm wizzum. Something in the 4350 burn rate will probably be best if I was guessing
Can you explain? I'm just starting to reload, so maybe in small words? Or PM if easier

Suggest Reloader 22 or H4831SC in 7WSM
I beleve the 1000 yard record was won one year with the 7 WSM with Reloader 25.

This is an updated smokeless powder burn rate chart. Top left is fast burning-bottom right is slow burning. I've never loaded 7wsm but most other wsm's prefer something in the burn rate from the 4350's to retumbo.
Invest in a reloading manual my friend. All info and data you will need will be there for your particular caliber. That's the starting point, read, read your manual first, especially regarding the caliber(s) you intend to load for, and the recommended powders/projectiles combination will be listed.

My 7wsm does well with h4350, h4831, and h1000. I use h4831 99% of the time.
CFE223 was designed as a fast burning powder for 223/5.56 sized cartridges. It's a great powder, though pretty temp sensitive, for cartridges of that size with few exceptions. Usually for bottlenecked cases the bigger the case the slower the powder used, but other factors such as case design and bore size affect that (hence RL7 is a great powder in 45/70, even though it is a fast burning powder in a big, straight walled cartridge; IMR7828 works really well in 243Win and H4831 works great in 25-06 because they are overbored).
The 4350 range of powders (IMR4350, H4350, A4350, RL17, Staball 6.5, etc) are a medium-slow burn rate, and work great across most big game cartridges. The burn rate table will show you many more powders in this range, but realize that this chart is not to show equivalent substitutes, as a) burn charts from different sources differ slightly, and b) you must use load data for the SPECIFIC powder that you are using; ie don't try to infer load data from the chart, just use it to help in selecting a powder for your cartridge.
As has been mentioned, use published load data from reputable sources. Hodgdon, Barnes, Nosler, and Alliant have good online databases, and good printed manuals from Lyman, Hornady, and others are available as well.

You should be able to find load data at powder manufacturers sites. I know Hodgdon has data available for their powders.

Look up www.nosler.com . IMR 4350 should work in it. I used the CFE 223 in 223 and 204 ruger.

World Record was won with Reloader 25 in 7mm WSM. A lot of 7mm WSM use Reloader 22 .

Each powder has a burn rate which defines the range of applications that it is suitable for. Very loosely defined, fast burn rates are for small cases, e.g. pistol, very slow burn rate for magnum rifle.
