I just got back from deep sea fishing out of gulf shores and our deck hand brought us some ceviche his wife had made and it was very good, but he wouldn't give us the recipe. I know that its basically fresh fish, lime juice and cilantro and then whatever else you want to add, but I was wondering if anybody has ever made any and if so how did you do it.
