Cell phone question

Another thread got me thinking. I thought it was illegal to use electronic devices/radios/cell phones to alert other hunters of deer coming their way. I can't find it in the regs. Did I dream that up?

I used to hunt MS a lot. Maybe that's where I got it.

I wasn't aware anything was not legal in MS. You know baiting, dogs, breach loading, spears etc etc. What should be illigal is the high cost of a non-resident tag down there. 7 day permit $140.00 .........
