Caught more bait

Went to the lake for a couple hours yesterday and found a few more gills. Could have stayed longer but ran out of crickets cause the crappy bait shops around here suck. (Bait shop only had about 1/2 tube of crickets and half of them were dead)

Saw @RUGER and @CBU93 but they had a chip on they shoulder or something cause they wouldn't even come over and say hi, kma, or nothing.

Get em while it lasts.

Just FYI...pet stores have crickets and meal worms too and usually cheaper than bait stores.

And sometimes you still catch carltfisj chasing crappie- but its a whole lot more interesting landing one on 2 or 4 test line and an ultra light spinning tackle

That's one more reason I love scoping vs. trolling. I rarely catch a catfish now. Trolling I would catch them regularly. I despise those slimeballs.

Petsmart is about the only place I can find crickets around here. Sucks paying 10-12 cents a cricket, but you gotta do what you gotta do

that's where I bought them at today. It's 10 miles out of my way to go to Walmart also. The struggle of living in the middle of Nowhereville.
