Case Trimming?

Theres gotta be a faster way than what I'm doing. What are you using to trim? Pictures would be great to illustrate.

I use the Zip Trim on everything now.About three pulls and your case is trimmed. Its cut my case prep time in half. On my Lyman trimmer I spent more time trying to get it adjusted right than actually trimming cases.

I use the same thing Mr. Big does for my .308's and .223's...for all the rest I use the RCBS trim-pro with carbide cutters and power drill allen screw

Nope, but it looks complicated

I have a hand crank, don't use it.........like someone already mentioned, you spend more time adj. and making sure it stays set than trimmin'

The only draw-back to the Giraud is that you set up the trimmer to trim chamfer and deburr off the shoulder of the case. I bought mine a few years ago so he might have something now so you can trim straight-walled cases or cases that headspace like the 7 rem mag or 300 winny. I bought mine because I am a volume shooter of .223 and .308 and the Giraud is easy as pie!

I still do it by hand but occasionally pull out the drill when my fingers get tired.
