I recently purchased a second MZ. I'm going out of state for a hunt in Dec and intend to work a lot with both to see which does better at longer, i.e. 200yd, ranges.

It made me wonder....can we carry two MZ into the woods during TN's season? It could be convenient when hunting out of a blind.

I don't know for surr, but I'd bet it's legal. You can use a mz with two barrels.. so I'd think two separate guns would be OK also.

Post this in the TWRA forum and you'll get the correct answer.

Last year I asked on the TWRA Forum if I could carry a ML pistol as well as a ML rifle to hunt and was told yes.

I've thought about it a few times. But, the problem now is I don't have 2 in the same caliber. I've got a .50 caliber and a .58 caliber. It would just make it a lot simpler.

Good grief...i carry enough stuff in the woods as it is, much less trying to carry a second rifle, lol. I about need a uhaul to lug around my junk !
