Carry Perimit Application ??

Took the class and now have enough money to send the app in. Where is the best place to get finger prints done in Knoxville.
Also what all do I have to take to the DMV in order to send the app in?

When I got mine they did the fingerprints at the DMV. That was years ago and things might have changed by now.
