Anyone ever fish this? Heading back tomorrow through that way and thought I'd stop. Their phone number is disconnected, anyone know if they rent john boats?

I live about a mile from it and have never fished it. They do rent Jon boats though. Good luck and looking forward to hearing how u do. Been meaning to go just haven't had time.

What you going to fish for? Down the far side across from the
ramp in front of the pads. I hear crickets or worms will catch
the Gills.

Forgot a guy at work said there is s beaver dam on back side close to golf course. He said if u pull up to it and fish on the back side u can pull a mess of decent bass out of there.

Been wanting to go there myself, just never have been able to.

I've caught some small bass of the bank there, heard there is some good bluegill and shellcracker in it.

stopped this morning on way back. place was vacant. pulled 1 catfish, 1 bluegill, and 1 bass. Was slow day for sure. fished for about 2 hours, then hit natchez trace. Pulled a good stringer of bluegills there. Fished hard last three days at reelfoot, then carroll lake, then natchez trace.. about time i got some reward!
