Yes i was trying to word it right. Where i humt now is covered in woods and thickets. The property i get to hunt is mostly soybean fields, and im not sure on how to hunt them

Find a bedding area and a feeding area. Hunt between! LOL!

Usually around open fields you will have fence rows, ditches, and small patches of woods. Just check them for sign. They are the travel routes.

what general area of carroll county? I've lived here all my life. I don't wanna know your hunting spot, just a general idea

That should be a great area although that's one area I have never hunted much, as others have said, find where they enter the field and try to set up where u can see quite a bit of treeline. Good luck, I'll be less than ten miles from ya

I have not noticed any chasing on my property but a couple of does have "disappeared". I actually don't hunt much at all, I enjoy the management more now than the actual hunt. My brother enjoys both and does all the hunting.
