Hunting today near Percy Priest by Fate Sanders...someone broke into my vehicle and stole a gun case. Not that worried about the gun case, but they tore up my doors. The police told me there had been several break-ins this morning. Didn't see any deer either, possibly because some idiots were running around breaking into peoples cars! I am done now until Tuesday, hopefully will have a better day!
 
They probably thought there might be a gun inside....I always leave my gun case open and where someone can see that there is nothing inside for this very reason. Hopefully, they'll get caught and get what's coming to their lowdown worthless self.

I was parked along Weakley. The police said they had a tag number, but I haven't heard anything else. They are probably too broke to pay for the damage to my vehicle, they will probably just get probation.
 
I fish priest a lot and at night during the summer. Been broken into once there. Something I've started doing is just making sure nothing's in my truck for them to steal, I always empty the truck completely and the leave the doors unlocked with a candy bar in the console. IMO I'd rather them have a look around rather than break my window or tear the door up. Luckily since I started this, I haven't had any troubles. Just hope the idiot checks to see if its unlocked before he starts trying to pry things open.
 
MY brother and I camped a couple years ago on island. put the boat in at Stewarts Creek boat ramp. Got halfway ther realized i left pistol in truck turned boat around went back. 3 dudes in my truck they seen us and took off. Luckily didnt get pistol but broke my window so we run them down.Alot of of little punks in that area
