Any of y'all ever planted canola. I read it's the fancy name for rape. Curious when y'all planted and how the deer fed on what came up and when. Early, mid, late season .

I have planted canola and it did well, the deer at that location seemed to not be overly excited about it.
It produces a lot of seeds and can be persistent about coming back for years if you don't control it.

I thought about the reseeding. Definitely going to cut it when it flowers then spray it and disc it under and plant something else
