Can someone Identify this Oak for me?

I have very few trees on my farm, but I found this oak today dropping like crazy, but the ones on the ground were tiny. I did find some larger one on this one branch, but it appears that the dry spell we had might have affected this tree, as the ones covering the ground were as green as this one.

When you see the crucifix in the leaf thats one good way to tell its a post oak.

In fact, it's very close to the Greek Orthodox crucifix, with the second shorter cross-bar below the main one.
