Got a little 410 I'm gonna paint for my boy. Was messing around with foam brush on a paper plate. May swap out the brown for tan and add a little green but what y'all think.

add dark green and leave the brown if you hunt woods.
add medium green and change brown to tan if you hunt fields.

But what LBL said is right, it won't matter on a gun, just makes it look better to us :)

Generally speaking, a camo pattern on a full gun appears darker than the sample it correlates to. If it were me, I would figure out a way to lighten the pattern up a bit. Good luck with your project.

I think that looks awesome and it's actually pretty fun painting since it's camo you can't really mess it up lol. I love digital camo and wanted to paint one of mine but new I didn't have the time or the tools so I used a sponge and I'm happy
