How many cameras would you have on 400ac? What is you favorite model for
the money? Also, I have a few calf creep feeders and was gonna try them for deer. You think they would work?

As many as feasibly possible. Bushnell Trophy Cams have been pretty solid for me.

No less than 5.

What is you favorite model for the money?

That changes every year, depending on changes in technology and reliability. But personally, I'll never buy another trail-camera that isn't black-flash (no visible light from the night-time flash). This year's preferred models appear to be the Moultrie M-80 Black, Covert Black 60, and Uway VH200B (all close to $200).

Yep, what he said. I have (1) trophy cam that when the batteries get really low the date and time stamp gets off, but that is not a big issue to me and I've ran several other cams through the ringer and the trophy cam is my go to camera for under $200 (closer to $150 actually).
