Had it the 20th-23rd. Had a good time, good bunch of guys I hunt with, and since we had a couple of open spots, had a couple of new folks for me to hunt with. In 4 days, we killed 11 ducks. They just aren't there, refuge count is lower than the last couple years at this time. 105 being removed because of distance helped us out a lot, and considering we put out our spread in the dark in about an hour, it looked pretty good. I hope we get enough cold weather between now and Jan 17 to push a bunch of birds down since I drew it for a late season draw too. As lucky as that is, my lottery ticket only hit one number, lol.

I hunt south of Tennessee National and have seen fewer ducks this year than I can remember. Sounds like you enjoyed the hunt though. It's not always about the shooting but it does help!

Another thing to note, it does not look like any new brush was added to this blind. Thin and almost no leaves on a lot of it. There is an underlayer of vines, and that helps it some. Top rail is missing in front of one shoot hole. And it has 10 shoot holes.
