Did you start a new lick or freshen up an old lick? The reason I ask is if you just now started one, I would not expect a ton of pictures in the near term. You may get them, but it typically takes a lick several months to become established where the deer frequent it often. Regardless, if you did just start it, I'd freshen it up in March and you'll be good to go next summer. Good luck.
 
There was a monster I been after for a few years so I found a major trail intersection that he used in the past and set the camera up. Biggest thing I was doin was just tryin to see if he is still using it. The mineral lick was just somethin I wanted to get started up there so I didn't set it out just hopin deer would wander up on it cause I know they are in the area. After winter rolls around I will try to get back in there and freshen it up so hopefully it will get used more next year

I started a trophy rock in a new location this year. First pull after 2 weeks had a little over 1000 pics... with 30% of pics being bucks... All depends on where you decide to put them.

Yea I started a new one also this year and 2 weeks in I had 1800 pics...those kind of results will skew your perspective on reality lol...still tons of fun. Good luck
