Get you some of these and fill them with lead shot, it will absorb the recoil without transferring a bunch back into the rifle. I got another nylon bag to place the shot into, then put the bag into these, so if the outer bag's seam or zipper gave way it wouldn't lose any shot. Some use sand as well, but I find lead works better for me.
