If you're just worried about browsing pressure, it might not be too bad, depending on how low the lower limbs are. They will stand on their back feet to browse the limbs. The main problem will likely be bucks rubbing the trees, especially if they are fruit trees. I've got several that I keep wire around the trunk year round. I left plenty of room around each tree so that when I need to remove it, the trees will be large enough that they shouldn't get rubbed. It also helps to keep rabbits from girdling the trees, which I learned the hard way.
