cactus tacos

Lunch today I had cactus and chorizo tacos. Next time I will get more than one. Pretty good combination.

There's a restaurant in Charlotte that where we eat when we go visit my grandma. It's spectacular. My favorite dish has all sorts of meats cooked in a stone dish with a bunch of veggies, including cactus. It's absolutely delicious.
