Hard to say what you'll see. Did you do any digging before you joined as to what has possibly been killed on the place or the surrounding properties? Or to see if they practice QDMA or anything like that? I promise just because it's a one buck state doesn't guarantee a big deer. I haven't burnt a buck tag since 2012 :D

the property is on boss hoag road the area is suppose to be all hunting clubs from out of state
leased it blind or without any true knowledge of the area going in thursday to scout and hang stands and hunt friday thru sunday to try and gain sum insight

I have 2 leases in Butler County. If you want to see a bunch of deer, Butler County is not for you. If you want a shot a 150'+ deer, Butler County is a good choice. Boss Hog road is a few miles South east of one of our farms. Its a good area. in the past 3 years, My group has taken a deer over 145 every year. this season my buddy shot a beauty of a 157" opening day. good luck!

Hold up a minute.........Why would anyone name a road after an ancillary character in a 1970's sitcom? I would be very concerned about hunting there. I suppose this lease is in Carter Country and right next to Mel's Diner? :)

It used to be one of the top counties in KY for big bucks. It's gotten a lot of hunting pressure in the last 5 to 10 years. But there is still some great hunting there if your on the right property and the right time. That area could produce a state record buck during any given season.
