Been saving a spot for opening muzzleloader and I havent been back there in 2 weeks for that reason. Get climbed up in my favorite tree this morning in good time and daybreak comes, AND, I cant see further than 30 yards because all the trees still have all their damn leaves! :bash: This is a hardwoods spot that I can usually see about 85 yards or so all around and killed a nice 8 out of last year. The squirrels were so dang loud I couldnt have heard a deer if it was running. Guess I'll hunt somewhere else for a week or so.

Bummer, hope you have some luck finding a spot where the trees cooperate a bit more! Where are you in south Nash? That's where I live, real close to the fairgrounds.

I am in West TN and there are still a ton of green leaves on trees here as well. Visibility is not what it normally is this time of year from the afternoon stand I went to.
