Any you guys use a burger press, not only for deer burger, but beef burger too. I like buying ground burger and making my own patties. Thought maybe a burger press would be a less manual labor way to go and get a more uniformed patty. What you got regarding a press?

I did not explain my thoughts on a press.

I do not like the sameness. The press is hard to clean. Some days I want a thick burger then a smaller burger. .

The same size of the burgers is so cooking time & the fit on a bun is perfect. But I don't like buns; I like regular bread.

And because of the way I like my burger prepared I need a larger burger. Truth be told, I recently picked up a single burger press that I think allows for you to stuff your burger with cheese or greens or mushrooms, use your imagination. And it looks large enough to fit my taste.

here is how I like my Burger:
I like tomato and onion on both sides. Ketchup always touches bread not meat. Mustard touches meat. Onions always touch meat. So bread ketchup tomato onion meat mustard onion tomato bread. My Wife and family think I am crazy, its okay. Try my arrangement and see what you think.
