Which would you perfer for a deer round?
Winchester 95gr ballistic tip or regular winchester 100gr psp?
These are the 2 choices i can find for my 243wssm so which would you perfer fo a deer round?

I'd pick the one that shot the best out of that gun. Both will kill a deer with ease, however, your rifle may not shoot both of them the same.

the ole 100 gr soft points have never let me down in my 243

I have killed several with a 6mm Rem and 95 NBT with RL22 over 3200 fps and they were mostly bang flops,,I like the 100 Hornady BTSP the best though if you can get up over 3100 fps,,

Both of those are great choices but I have my two best kills to date with .... 100gr Sierra Game Kings...
Those two best kills were on the same afternoon... one doe struggled to make it 50yrds and the buck ran in a circle and feel dead where he stood.
With amazement I felt like I was shooting a canon at 200yrds but only had a 243....

Until I reload or have someone reload i am pretty mich limited to those two choices Reed's has some good choices but is always out of stock
