Bullet recovery

I was shooting a Marlin 336 in 35 rem I am setting up for my son with some reloads and recovered a bullet. I rarely ever recover a bullet. This is a 158 gr. Hornady fp/xtp. Looks like it will do the trick. I found an already cut down stock on eBay over the summer and put it on the pawn shop find 336. Should make him a great rifle. I love my old 336.





This is a really mild load using Trailboss, almost no recoil and POI is the same at 50 yards as my full house 180 gr speer load.

Looks like the bullet did it's job,did you happen to weigh it? curious .
