I'm shooting barnes 250gr expanders with crushed blk sabots, it's zeroed at 50yds. How much drop can I expect at 100 and 150yds?

Quite a bit...Barnes has ballistic charts for their ML bullets including your expander. All their charts show a 150 yd zero. Depending on velocity it looks like you need to be 1.5" to around 3" high at 50 to be on at 150. I agree with MickT.

If you don't have longer ranges to sight in at, it would be better to zero at 25 yards, and it SHOULD be zeroed at 100 yards.

It should be closer at 100yd IF he is using a scope thats about 1.5" above the bore. Bullet path vs LOS could be quite a bit different if using iron sites.

Without knowing you're velocity it's just a guess. Get out there and shoot and learn what it's doing.
From my experience you wont be happy with a 50 yard zero. Using ballistic charts will get you pretty close when sighting but nothing compares to shooting. My T/C with 100 grains of blackhorn and 250gr t/c sabot shoots about 2~2.5 high at 50 yards with a 100 yard zero on the scope (nikon prostaff with BDC). I also use the Nikon spoton app on my phone to compensate when in the field, its about "spot on" with the correct data loaded.
