As long as your not on the WMA I don't think there are any regulated size limits....
Depending on where at on the lake you are hunting, you can use a boat, temp. blind, floating blind, or stationary blind.
I would say you can speak with a TWRA officer and get a firsthand answer.... going to be plenty of them at the blind drawings on Aug 1st.
