Building a pond

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this. Can someone tell me the name of a person or company that can look at land and determine a good place to dam up a hollow or hillside to build a pond ?

talk to your county soil conservation agent, at one time there was also some guberment dollars available if a person is willing to wait and go through the time process
