Buck still carrying antlers

On the way home tonight we had a nice 8pt buck cross the road and he still had both antlers. I figured just about all bucks have dropped by now.

Yeah just haven't got around to take any pics yet. Might do that today.

I checked my cam to see how often the turkeys were coming to a small field on the backside of my property and I had a big 6 pt come through on the 25th.

That's a good sign. Bucks holding their antlers into early April means they were not overly stressed by the rut and the winter conditions.
