Buck Oats??

I have some bio logic buck oats which I planted last fast,, it has come back up this year and now is waist high... My question to you guys is ,, if I just till this not bushog it , would it re germinate and come up this fall?? I appreciate yalls help..

Those are an annual. Oats do not re-germinate.
