They requested a picture of the battery and a video of the problem.
I have sent both three times, coupled with 5 emails.
Wonder how many emails they will delete before they reply?
I can send one pretty easily so they will get a ton if need be.

Starting to get mad.

I think they might be reading tndeer.
Just received the following email.

Your replacement order number is 35XXXXX. Please give us 2-3 business days for processing followed by ground shipping times from central Missouri. I have attached a shipping label for you to return the defective knife. Let me know once you have sent it in.

Have you tried dropping it on concrete yet? I once had a weed eater that caused me fits trying to get started. After a body slam on a picnic table it started up on first crank the rest of it's life
I will admit, I slammed it against the gunnel of my boat a few times. :D

Bummer Ruger. I have filleted a bunch of fish with mine and it has been great.

One thing I will say, I had to get the Mister Twister Pirahna out for hybrids. I rarely clean them but the guy the works on vehicles occasionally wanted some to eat so I am cleaning for him. The bubba cordless really didn't have the juice for them.
