Go to 30-06 Outdoors and look for the 2nd Man HD Kit Ladder Stand Hoist. My buddy got the HD(heavy duty and recommends you do the same). I think they sell for about $100.00. When you use the plates with the spikes that hold the base of the ladder stand secure you can either leave them with the stand or remove them for use on other stands. You can buy the extra bases if you wish. This thing makes the job of putting up ladder stands up to 20' high a piece of cake compared to wrestling with them by hand.
