Have y'all read any of Bryan Kinkel's stuff in this month's Bowhunting Mag?

I hear he is one hell of a bow hunter :D
 
Is he the guy on here always talking about bow hunting and shooting cull bucks to increase genetics in the deer herd?
 
He may not reply for awhile. He may be on an archery trip trying for a sheep grand slam. The man wrote the book on dedication.

Yes, that is Sir Bryan Kinkel.
He also ONLY hunts with a bow, a longbow, on public land, using Port Humphreys cedar shafts, using flint heads he hand knaps himself. He even uses coyote catgut for his bow strings, and real turkey feathers on his arrows.

And he does this with one hand tied behind his back, just to make it fair.
 
I heard he is trading the bow in for a spear.

Depends on which unit. In the county i hunt in i can kill as many as i want as long as i have the tags. There is no limit on antlerless per day.

He retired from bow hunting once he tagged a house. :)
 
I wonder if he had a family relative in Miami Florida worked at a Bank first name Marian IIRC. She was maybe in her 40's or 50's in the middle 1970's.
