If new batteries and several sequences of turning if off an on do not do the trick, I would send it back. Their customer service is pretty good. I sent one back late last summer. The fix would have been more than the camera, so they sent me a list of the 2021 lineup at basically 50% off. Good luck! Most all of our Brownings are running strong
