Browning BPS 10ga

I bought a Browning BPS 10ga a couple of years ago on a different forum. It has a 24" barrel and a Kicks GT .680 choke. I haven't shot it any and was debating on taking it this year. It came with some federal premium #6 ammo. Anybody have any ammo suggestions or experience with one of these beasts?

If they're the old Federal Premium in the maroon hull with the gold lettering they should flat wreck a turkeys face. Check POI/POA and you should be fine .

Those what I shoot out of my single shot 10 and turkeys have always hit the dirt.

I would pattern them, may not do good in the ported choke since have the flight control wad in them

Ditto on both. Went to a 20 and haven't looked back.

It did ok with them. Pattern is even for the most part. I shot it at 40yd off a bag. It went a little high. Prob due to recoil lol.

My BPS 10 is devastating. Hand loads. New Remington hulls green 3-1/2. #4 nickel plated shot over blue dot. It kicks a little bit but it will smoke about any bird out there. Lean into it. It helps.
