Broadheads/Small Game heads

The new 2015-2016 H&T Guide has this language verbatim: "For big game archery hunting statewide, on wildlife management areas, and state refuges, hunting arrows and bolts must be equipped with sharpened broadheads. For all other game, any points are allowed."

Can I or can I not have a small game head in my quiver in October while I am in the stand deer hunting?

If the small game season is open where you are deer hunting, you may have a small game head with you.
