Slick Trick 100 gr Mag 4 blade is an awesome head for deer, it flies just like a field tip for me. I've taken several deer with them, zero complaints.

Kind of all over the map there.

I'll second the slick trick 100g mag 4 blade. Actually I have been using muzzy mx-4 100g which are a similar design. Basically a short 4 blade. I seem to do better with the short 4 blade models when it comes to arrow flight. Everybody likes whatever they get used to. I tend away from the mechanicals but my son-in-law swears by the rage 2 blade mechanical. I saw the exit wound from one of those things and wholly cow - no problem following that blood trail. I picked up a box of 3 rage for the crossbow this year. (first time using a crossbow) We'll see how they work out. The last mechanical I shot was a spit-fire. I took a couple doe with them but nearly lost a nice animal on an steep angled shot when the blade opened unevenly and the arrow flipped to the side when it made contact. I still harvested the deer but the penetration was poor due to the arrow flipping over like it did. Made for a long day tracking with only one lung punched. I am guessing that would have been a long back to front double lung with a fixed blade. Anyway if I'm using a mechanical I avoid steep angle quartering away shots. Probably not a bad thing regardless of broadhead type.
