Poser,

Could you post a good brine recipe for squirrels. I would like to try it. Can you fry them after you brine them or is that just for grilling?

Thanks

Ok I have a question:

Can you do the brine process after they have been frozen?

I've been trying to find some good, simple squirrel recipes. The only time that I have cooked them, they turned out really tough. What is your grilling method for keeping them from turning into shoe leather? I'm trying to stay away from just frying things.

Once brined and marinated, they will be just fine to grill as you normally do any other meats.
