I am almost ashamed to say that I have never bream fished there.
I have actually only been fishing there probably 5 times in my life.

Thinking very seriously about giving it a shot today.

I assume you could just fish around the cypress trees or lilly pads?

Too hot to fish read your other post

LOL it is horrible out there today.

I am thinking I could fish in the shade though. :D
If I had someone to go with me I would already be on the way or there already. ;)

Speaking of Reelfoot, I have contemplated a trip up there to Blue Bank Resort as they seem to have good prices on package deals for crappie fishing. I've also read reviews that say the accommodations are dismal. Any input appreciated as I plan on going in Spring of '17. PM me if you don't want to publicly share the info.

I have been seeing those deals too and thought about one myself.
I have never been to Blue Bank to stay or even eat.
I know several that say the food is as good, if not better, than Boyettes though.

I know you can't judge a book by the cover but as for their rooms being dismal, the outside looks awesome.

I will ask around and see what I can find out from the people that will know for sure.

Sounds like a good time for a West TN get together to me. :)
