LOVE the morning after a steak dinner if there are leftovers. Steak and eggs are my go to
I had planned to grill last night and ended up not cooking.
Took one of them and sliced it in half and threw some salt & pepper on it and chunked it in a skillet with some butter.
Woo weee it was good!
Exactly what I had this morning except swap the toast for home made biscuits. My favorite meal!

Not bad. Not a fan of fried eggs as I got burned out when I was a kid. As for biscuits, my wife is a Southern gal who makes homemade biscuits. When were were married, she could measure out the ingredients for exactly four biscuits. Served with sausage or bacon and a gallon of gravy. Found it would shrink my clothes. Only canned biscuits I ate in 49+ years were ones my mother couldn't eat due to indigestion.

Add some crispy hash browns or fried taters and cover the entire mess with sausage gravy and you just went to heaven!
