Had the seasonings awhile and no time to get them done. Fixed 25 pounds of brats, pepper Jack cheese added. Made 95 brats and I had enough bust when I was spinning them I probably woulda had 100. Gonna grill them up tonight. Lots of work but it'll be worth it.

I've bought a lot from ps seasonings and haven't been disappointed yet. Rubs to sauces to seasonings. I've done polish sausage and jalapeño summer sausage.

What seasonings did you use there
 
I love brats, but never tried making them though. Looks like a project for tomorrow. I've got a freezer full of ground pork that needs to go. Cudighi is on my list too.
