Had the seasonings awhile and no time to get them done. Fixed 25 pounds of brats, pepper Jack cheese added. Made 95 brats and I had enough bust when I was spinning them I probably woulda had 100. Gonna grill them up tonight. Lots of work but it'll be worth it.

I really enjoy sausage making...it's rewarding, therapeutic, and downright tasty. Thanks for posting the recipe, I'll give it a shot for sure. My last batch.

I've bought a lot from ps seasonings and haven't been disappointed yet. Rubs to sauces to seasonings. I've done polish sausage and jalapeño summer sausage.

What seasonings did you use there
