Bow scales?

Some buddies and I are gonna pitch in and purchase some bow scales and a chrono! Anyone have either of these with some info on quality? I have heard that the prochrono is a gr8 one!

I have had a pro chrony for several years and mine is right with any others that I had checked my with at tournaments. I don't know the brand of scales I have but they have been quite reliable, as I have them for 20 yrs. I don't know your buddies, but if were me I would opt to buy the equipment by myself and if your buddies use it charge them a little till they pay for a portion of the stuff. Cause if it gets broke or tore up there will be a problem. Trust me.

Yep the Pro Chrony is a good brand. You can find them for pretty good prices from MidwayUSA. You can find them for sub $100. I think there's one in there that's like $79.

As for scales; we have an old pull down style that is probably 30 years old. They are still very accurate. I don't know much about the digital style ones of today but those pull down ones are built to last.
