Anyone interested in a bow only lease in middle Tennessee ? I'm starting to look for a suitable property and need to have some contact info for people who are interested . I'm looking to lease somewhere between 300-2000 acres and that is what decides how many members we will have. It will be a QDM lease with age restrictions so if that's not your cup of tea don't respond please. Will talk about te rest of the rules and such when we get a good group of guys/gals together.

Ditto!! but I'd love a bowhunting only place to hunt..I've been a bow user only all season long..going on 23 years now.
 
Can you give us more info on what you have in mind? I see you are from Knoxville and would like to know if this is a real possibility or just kicking the tires. I know a couple serious bow hunters that would be interested as well.
 
I would love to find a bow only in Lincoln Giles or near by!!! Would even drive a ways if it was a great place. Let me know

Very interested. The more acerage the better. If you don't have enough responses please let me know. I leased 800 acres a few years back just for myself.

Nope hasn't turned into a dud . If you have not been contacted , then you didn't send me a PM or an email as I requested showing interest . I will have properties available in April or May. But I will not know the property sizes untill then . If you are interested send a PM or email like was requested before so I can keep track .

How much do you know about QDM?

How much land are you hoping to manage? There is a huge difference between managing 300 acres for QDM vs 2000 acres for QDM, especially if the land is located next to several thousand acres of public land that is NOT managed for QDM.

Do you have a Biologist who will help you with your QDM goals?

The original post was to find if there was enough interest in a bow only lease to justify getting a large piece of property . So far I have around 12 people interested . Yes I have a biologist that will be on the lease . The property is not going to be close to public land . Like I said previously if you would like to know specifics please send me an email or PM with your contact information and we can discuss it further over the phone .
