I've tried the Primos, the Realtree, a Walmart special. I can't find one that doesn't break, doesn't move around, doesn't loosen up, etc.

Does anyone have a bow hanger that they really like?
 
I purchased one a few years back it attaches to the floor of a climbing stand its in the shape of a tight shaped S when its tightened down it holds a bow standing up beside the stand i have used it for 5 or 6 yrs now its never given a problem. But i cant remember where i got it im thinking wally world.
 
just use a screw in tree step. i tried the real tree one but can never seem to get the thing to take hold in the tree when im screwing it in. and it made noise as well. so i went to wal mart and bought 2 of the screw in steps. one for my bow/gun and the other for my pack. they work great. and wont cost you 15 bucks.
 
I have done the same thing for years. A simple screw in hook has worked just fine. Like Stik said, I don't let it out of my hands most of the time but if needed these hooks are good
 
i use the cheap little screw in jobbies u get at wal-mart like $3 for 2 hooks and I unscrew them when I leave, but if you went to my old farm in Gallatin you could find probably 50 or more red bicycle screw in hooks you can buy most anywhere, I got a bundle of them once cheap and put them in trees I used all over that property
 
I've tried a few brands and now stick to the Realtree. You have to check them out really close at the store, to be sure you get one with a sharp point, or else you WILL have trouble gettign it started. I also cut off those annoying worthless little hooks welded to the shaft. They will tear up your hands!
