Recipe!!!!!!!! Required!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a website where I get a majority of my recipes from since I mainly do smokin and grillin. It is www.thesmokering.com

There is a ton of great info on there, it is extremely helpful. Most folks on there use pics as well as detailed directions on how to prepare meals. To find this recipe, go to the site, click on forums, scroll down & click on Beef Recipes, there is a thread titled "Bourbon Soaked Smoked Chuck Roast". Click on it & Alien BBQ did a fantastic job with ingredients, directions & pics. I put my pics further down in that thread to give a comparison of how mine turned out compared to a professional. I just do some recreational smokin & grillin with just a bit of an interest in doing catering. The folks at thesmokering are very helpful, if you have a question about how to do something just ask & there is always someone there to offer advice. Good Luck with this recipe & I hope you enjoy it as much as I & my family did.

Oh yeah, my screen name over on thesmokering is Kevin Randolph. That's me!! Good Luck & C ya!
