Take lemons and squeeze over the cheese and meat and then sprinkle with Rendezvou dry rub rub

In Knoxville, The Shrimp Dock is as close to the bayou as it gets. He has boudin and its pretty good.

The Super Walmarts in Middle Tennessee carries boudin and it isn't to bad. They have several flavors.

I actually don't think the shrimp dock has bad prices. If you buy the 5 lb ice block they usually sale it to you cheaper. Also they had crawfish tails Louisiana for 10 dollars a pound. Which isn't bad.

$10 a pound?? !!!!! I think I paid $1.85/lb last time I was in BTR and everyone said I paid too much.

for crawfish tail that is cheap if you go anywhere else except wal-mart that has the Chinese which is near 6 or 7 a lb. And $1.85/lb now is cheap this year I paid $2.30/lb in ATL when it was $2.50/LB in BTR.
