JimFromTN said:I think it depends on the style of single shot in that a fallling block style like a Ruger #1 or a bolt action single shot like Mr Big's brother's 40X is going to be more accurate than a break open like an H&R or Rossi. These type of single shots seem to be hit or miss. The only break opens that I have not heard too many complaints about accuracy is the TC Encore but they can have issues with forearm pressure like the H&R and the Rossi. It all goes back to Longhunter's statement about a single piece stock and being able to properly bed the action and float the barrel.
