How many take the bolt apart to clean? Mechanically challenged.

I take mine apart and give them a good cleaning at least once a year, more often if I've used them in bad weather.
Easy enough to do on a Remington 700 or mdl. 7.

If you take a drill bit that fits the hole at the back of the bolt and with the bit in a vise you can pull enough on the spring to unscrew the bolt for cleaning.

I think I used a jig saw blade an vise to do one of mine one time. It was the original A-bolt if I recall correctly. Got a bunch of GA sand in it by my having a major brain fart at the time. LOL
On my others I generally use Gunk Out or similar on the A-Bolts an a few drops of Break free CLP afterwards.
M-70s are simple and the Remington 700 can be done by way of the above ( much easier than the A-bolt ) or better a special tool..

The only bolt I've ever taken apart is a Model 98 Mauser I was having firing pin troubles with. I took it apart probably a dozen times in a month or two. I probably should take my others apart and clean them because some are 30 years old or older.
