Boat Registration

Buying our first boat and I thought my buddys got his stickers for the boat with registration but my son says his buddy had to go buy them. Just curious, do we buy them extra or will they come with our registration?

They come with your registration. You are OK to operate on the temporary registration until it comes in. If it goes past the 30 days, you may want to contact the boat registration div. in Nashville to make sure they are in the works. The spring is normally the busiest time, and they sometimes get backed up. Our officers are aware of this as well.

Not to step over SCN but are you talking about the single registration sticker or the letters and numbers you have to put on the boat. If it is the latter, you need to buy those, or at least I did 2 years ago.

Correct. The registration sticker comes with the registration certificate of number. He will have to buy the letters and numbers for your boat that match up to the certificate of number.
