Boat Dock

Is there a way to request a boat dock at a public ramp that doesn't have one? I'd be willing to pay a fee or take up money to have a small boat dock built at Goodfield Creek ramp on Chickamauga.

The place to start would be with the Regional Manager of Region 3. If you can't get in touch with him, Lt. Col. Glenn Moates in the Boating and Law Enforcement Div. office in Nashville would be another contact.
